FAQs

What happens on the call?

We research your market before the call so we can get straight to the useful stuff. We’ll show you where your business ranks across Google Maps, which competitors are outranking you, what they’re doing differently, and what we’d focus on to move you toward the top. Everything is based on your business and your service area — not a canned presentation.

How long does the call take?

Usually around 20–30 minutes. Since we do the research beforehand, we can spend the call reviewing your rankings and opportunities instead of wasting your time with a long questionnaire. We keep it focused and to the point.

Is this just a sales call?

No. The goal is to give you a clear picture of where you currently stand and what it would take to improve. You’ll get a real look at your Google Maps rankings and a plan you can use whether you decide to work with us or not.

What do I need to have ready?

Almost nothing. Just give us your business name and the area you serve. We’ll handle the research ahead of time. You don’t need to prepare reports, dig through analytics, or bring a bunch of login information to the call.

What if I’m barely showing up on Google right now?

That’s not necessarily a bad thing. It usually means there’s a lot of room for improvement. We’ll show you exactly where you’re currently visible, where you’re missing from the map, and what needs to change to start closing the gap on the businesses currently outranking you.

Am I locked into a long-term contract?

No commitment comes from taking the call. You’ll get to see your rankings, understand the opportunity, and decide whether working together makes sense. If it doesn’t, you still leave with a much clearer picture of what needs to be done.

Do you really only work with one contractor per area?

Yes. We only work with one company in a given market, which means we won’t turn around and help one of your direct competitors outrank you. Once we take on a business in your area, we keep our focus on helping that business win the market.

How is this different from other marketing agencies?

A lot of agencies try to do everything at once — websites, social media, ads, SEO and more — while working with several competing businesses in the same area. Our focus is much narrower: helping local contractors improve their visibility on Google and become one of the first businesses customers find when they’re ready to hire.

What types of contractors do you work with?

We work with home-service companies that depend heavily on local Google searches, including HVAC companies, plumbers, electricians, roofers, remodelers, landscapers, painters, pest-control companies, garage-door businesses, septic companies, drain and sewer contractors, and similar trades. If people search Google when they need your service, there’s a good chance we can help.
